These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the roofing services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Service Agreement

1.1 Scope of Services
Rocket Roofing LLC provides professional roofing services in Hammond, Louisiana and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:
• Residential roof replacement and installation
• Commercial roofing services
• Roof repair and maintenance
• Storm damage assessment and restoration
• Specialty roofing (metal, tile, flat roofing systems)
• Roof inspections and estimates
• Gutter installation and repair
• Insurance claim assistance

1.2 Service Area
We primarily serve Hammond, LA and the surrounding parishes and communities in Southeast Louisiana. Service availability outside our primary area is subject to confirmation.

1.3 Estimates and Proposals
All estimates and proposals provided by Rocket Roofing are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing may be adjusted if additional damage or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be communicated to you and require your written approval before proceeding.

2. Warranty Information

2.1 Manufacturer Warranties
As a GAF Master Elite® Certified Contractor, Rocket Roofing offers access to the industry's strongest manufacturer warranties, including:
• GAF Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty: Provides coverage on both materials and workmanship for qualifying installations
• GAF Silver Pledge™ Limited Warranty: Provides material and workmanship coverage for qualifying installations
• GAF System Plus™ Limited Warranty: Standard warranty coverage for GAF roofing systems

Specific warranty terms, coverage periods, and conditions are determined by the manufacturer and will be provided to you upon completion of your roofing project. Warranty eligibility depends on the products selected and proper installation per manufacturer specifications.

2.2 Workmanship Warranty
Rocket Roofing stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a workmanship warranty on all installations and repairs. The specific terms and duration of our workmanship warranty will be outlined in your individual service contract. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation and labor but does not cover damage caused by:
• Acts of God (hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, or other severe weather events)
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
• Failure to perform recommended maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Pre-existing structural issues not identified during initial inspection

2.3 Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, contact us at 985-500-5669 or info@rockmyroof.com. We will schedule an inspection to assess the issue and determine warranty coverage. Warranty claims must be submitted in a timely manner upon discovery of the defect.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing
All pricing is provided in U.S. dollars and is based on the scope of work outlined in your signed contract or proposal. Prices include labor, materials, and standard cleanup unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Payment Schedule
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service contract and may include:
• A deposit or down payment upon contract signing
• Progress payments at defined project milestones
• Final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction

Specific payment amounts and schedules will be clearly stated in your contract.

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via check, credit card, ACH transfer, and financing options (subject to credit approval). Details about available financing programs can be found on our Financing page.

3.4 Late Payments
Payments not received within the timeframe specified in your contract may be subject to late fees as outlined in your service agreement. Rocket Roofing reserves the right to suspend work on any project with outstanding past-due balances.

3.5 Insurance Claims
For insurance-related projects, we will work directly with your insurance company to facilitate the claims process. However, the homeowner remains ultimately responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance, including deductibles and non-covered items.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellation
You may cancel a signed contract within three (3) business days of signing without penalty, in accordance with Louisiana consumer protection laws. After the three-day cancellation period:
• Cancellations made before materials are ordered may be subject to an administrative fee
• Cancellations made after materials have been ordered will be responsible for the cost of materials already purchased and any restocking fees
• Cancellations made after work has commenced will be responsible for all labor performed and materials used to date

4.2 Company Cancellation
Rocket Roofing reserves the right to cancel or decline a project if:
• Unsafe working conditions are discovered
• The customer fails to meet payment obligations
• Permits or approvals cannot be obtained
• The scope of work is not feasible as originally proposed

In such cases, we will provide written notice and refund any payments for work not yet performed.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Website Disclaimer

• Delays caused by weather, material shortages, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Damage caused by undisclosed pre-existing conditions
• Loss of use or business interruption

5.3 Force Majeure
Rocket Roofing shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, material shortages, or labor disputes.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Informal Resolution
We value our customer relationships and encourage open communication. If you have a concern or dispute regarding our services, please contact us first at 985-500-5669 or info@rockmyroof.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly and to your satisfaction.

6.2 Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing other legal remedies. Mediation shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.

6.3 Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design elements, is the property of Rocket Roofing LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith based on current scheduling, weather forecasts, and material availability. Actual completion dates may vary due to weather conditions, material delivery delays, permit processing times, or discovery of additional work needed. We will communicate any significant changes to the timeline promptly.

12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service contracts, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rocket Roofing LLC regarding the use of our website and services.
