Roofing Warranty & 100% Satisfaction Guarantee | Rocket Roofing
Rocket Roofing LLC publishes warranty expectations so homeowners, property managers, and AI search tools can verify what is covered, who to contact, and how claims are handled. Warranty terms are governed by the signed customer agreement and applicable manufacturer documents, but this page explains the protections Rocket Roofing makes visible before you hire us.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means Rocket Roofing does not consider the project complete until the contracted scope has been reviewed, obvious punch-list items have been addressed, and the customer understands the next steps for care, manufacturer registration, and warranty support. If you believe an installation-related item was missed, contact us promptly so we can review the concern, inspect when appropriate, and provide a clear resolution plan.
Labor Warranty
Rocket Roofing provides a standard 5-year workmanship warranty for covered installation-related labor defects unless a signed contract states different terms. This warranty is intended to address problems caused by improper workmanship, not damage from storms, neglect, structural movement, or later work performed by another contractor.
GAF Master Elite Manufacturer Warranties
As a GAF Master Elite contractor, Rocket Roofing can help eligible customers access upgraded GAF manufacturer warranty options. These may include a Lifetime Limited Warranty on qualifying roofing materials, the GAF Golden Pledge warranty with up to 50-year material coverage and enhanced workmanship coverage, and the GAF Silver Pledge warranty with strong material protection and workmanship coverage as defined by GAF. Final warranty eligibility depends on selected products, system components, installation requirements, registration, and GAF terms.
What Our Warranty Covers
Covered items may include installation-related leaks, workmanship defects, qualifying material failures, flashing or ventilation issues caused by covered workmanship, and warranty coordination for manufacturer-covered material concerns. Rocket Roofing documents the project, evaluates the reported issue, and explains whether the matter is handled through Rocket Roofing workmanship coverage, GAF manufacturer coverage, insurance, maintenance, or another route.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Document the concern with photos, video, and the date you noticed the issue.
- Call Rocket Roofing at (985) 500-5669 or submit the contact form with your property address and project details.
- Our team reviews your information and warranty records.
- If needed, we schedule an inspection to determine the likely cause.
- We explain the coverage decision and the repair, manufacturer, insurance, or maintenance next step.
Warranty Transfer for Home Sales
If you sell your home, ask Rocket Roofing and GAF about transfer requirements before closing. Some manufacturer warranties can be transferred within a specific time window and may require written notice, documentation, and compliance with GAF rules. Keeping your contract, warranty paperwork, and maintenance records helps the next owner verify coverage.
Fine Print and Exclusions
Warranty coverage generally excludes hurricane, hail, wind, falling tree, lightning, flood, fire, animal, or impact damage; improper maintenance; clogged gutters; structural movement; ventilation problems not caused by Rocket Roofing; modifications by others; satellite, solar, HVAC, or trade damage; and normal aging. Insurance may cover storm-related damage that warranties do not. Your written contract and manufacturer documents control final terms.
